City Xpress was founded in 1987 and has had four office locations in the Washington, DC metro area between 1987 and today. In 2017, City Xpress relocated to the PS Business Parks office park called the Grove 270 on Corporate Boulevard in Rockville, MD. It has been great having our company located here. Any concerns or questions have been immediately tended to since the time we have moved in. The people that we communicate with at PS have been top notch, always willing to listen to our needs and always take time to understand our issues and work toward an agreeable solution. During the time of the Pandemic, PS has even stepped the relationship up a notch to accommodate us when they can. We look forward to staying with PS Business Parks at The Grove 270 for a long time to come.
