When you take the leap to move into a new office, one of the great unknowns is what it’s going to be like there. What will the landlord be like? How about the other tenants? What will happen if something needs to be addressed? Will parking be a breeze or a challenge? Will it be as convenient as I hope? Will it be quiet and peaceful, loud and energetic or someplace in between? I had all of those questions when I moved into The Grove 270 and I’m quite pleased to share that it’s been a wonderful experience to be here! The landlord is great, as are the other tenants that we’ve met. On the rare occasion that there has been an issue to share with the landlord, there is a simple-to-use portal to log into and the problem is addressed nearly as soon as we hit “submit” when reporting it! Parking is indeed a breeze, the location is ideal for Rockville and there are a number of wonderful dining options within a five-minute drive. In terms of being in our suite, it’s peaceful and comfortable to be there. I highly recommend this office complex!
